1. Returns & Eligibility

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Certain items (lingerie, swimwear, clearance items) are non-returnable due to hygiene and final sale rules.
2. Refund Process

To start a return, contact support@womery.com with your order number.

Once approved, ship the item back to our designated return center.

After inspection, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange. If the replacement isn’t available, a refund will be issued.
4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or payment provider first. Then reach out to support@womery.com for assistance.
7. Final Sale Items
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
